Personnel Module

The Auto:Time Software 'Premium' package is not just another time & attendance solution that only gives you limited functionality.  It actually does much more than that!  The Personnel module for example, allows for the storage of as much or as little information about each individual employee as you wish.  This can be a very useful source of information providing a historic profile of each staff member, whether currently employed or an ex employee.

The information that can be stored includes;

Personal Details, Contact Information, Job Details, Bank & Pension Details, Vehicle Details, Rates of Pay, Training Details, Education Details, Disciplinary Details, Interview Records, Appraisal Records, Doctors Details, Health Details and Accident Records.

In addition, there is also a notepad for recording general information and a further  16 additional user definable fields for specific, company related information.  All information stored can be viewed and printed at any time, via the comprehensive, integrated reporting system.
